Recruitment Interview & Candidate Tracking Platform

This custom Client Portal system was designed for Craft Tech Recruitment, a company that provides recruitment consulting services for specialized software sales roles.

The platform is structured around two main areas:

1. Company onboarding

Users from the client companies access a dedicated portal where they follow a step-by-step onboarding and training process to understand how the system works.

During this process, they submit key information through forms, which is then reviewed internally by the Craft Tech Recruitment team. The team manages and approves each step using user-friendly Airtable interfaces, allowing them to track the full onboarding progress.

The onboarding process ends with the setup of the interview structure for each company, including interview stages and specific questions tailored to that particular hiring process.

2. Interview and candidate management

Once onboarding is complete, the portal becomes a central hub for managing interviews and candidates.

Clients can add and update candidates, record interview responses and feedback, manage each candidate's stage in the process, assign scores, and track progress in detail.

Airtable works as the backend, where Craft Tech Recruitment manages all client data, including onboarding information, interview stages, and company-specific interview structures. It also allows the team to monitor the full process for each company.

Softr.io is used as the client-facing portal for the companies hiring software sales talent through Craft Tech Recruitment.
